Goreng hingga warna keperangan lalu angkat dan tapiskan. Asingkan minyak dan bawang putih goreng tadi. 3.Gunakan kuali lain, masukkan sedikit minyak bawang putih tadi dan goreng tauhu yang telah dihancurkan sehingga keperangan. 4.Masukkan nasi, kicap masin soya, garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya. Kacau sebati. 5. Masukkan sedikit bawang putih goreng dan hirisan daun bawang. Kacau sebati dan sedia untuk dihidang. GARLIC FRIED RICE RECIPE - CHEF DAVE Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Serving: 1 pax Ingredients: 1 cup garlic (finely chopped) 1 piece tofu 1 cup cooked rice A little light soy sauce Salt to taste Seasoning powder to taste Sliced spring onion Cooking method: 1.Garlic needs to be finely chopped then washed and filtered. 2.Heat the oil in a pan over low heat and add the garlic that was filtered earlier. Fry until brown then remove and filter. Separate the oil and fried garlic. 3. Use another pan, add some garlic oil and fry the crushed tofu until brown. 4. Add enough cooked rice,light soy sauce, salt and seasoning powder. Stir well. 5. Add some fried garlic and sliced spring onion. Stir well and ready to serve.
