After the Breadtalk management replaced their So Ramen with DTF at Novena Square, we had to travel to Nex for their Ramen and also try their new Kimchi Pork item. We got the : > Kimchi Pork Hotplate $11.8 with Rice and Miso Soup > Grand Tonkotsu Ramen $17.5 contains Toroniku(braised pork cheek), Cha Shu (braised pork belly in cha shu sauce) and Buta Kakuni(braised pork belly in special sauce) > Gyoza $6.9 The new limited time item of Kimchi Pork was really good with an appetizing kimchi sauce to go with the rice. Plenty of pork slices but was hoping they would balance up with more kimchi cabbage as well. Good miso soup. Good Japanese Niigata rice used. Ramen dish was heavy on the pork bone broth and meat-eating folks would have loved their inclusion of the 3 types of pork in the noodles.
