Creamy garlic lemon salmon! I used roasted garlic as I had made quite a big batch earlier this week. It adds a stronger flavour albeit not too garlicky. Simply perfect! My husband keeps requesting fish with this sauce. Recipe👇🏼❤️ 🧄Roasted garlic 100g of peeled garlic Extra virgin olive oil to submerge garlic A few thyme sprigs 3-4 Bayleaf Sprinkle 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp mixed pepper 1/2 tsp chilli flakes ( optional) Roast for 2 hours 120c 🍣200-250g Salmon per piece Pat salmon dry Sprinkle salt black pepper and rub Add olive oil on skin side Leave on baking sheet in a pan 🌿3tbs extra virgin olive oil in pan Add 3-5 cloves of garlic 1 thyme sprig when fragrant Add the garlic oil onto salmon ( not too much) 1 thyme sprig arrange garlic on top and on the sides Bake salmon in preheated oven 180’c for 15-20min depending on salmon size 🍋Sauce In the same pan, add 3 tbs olive oil 3-4 cloves of roasted garlic (Chopped garlic is an option) 1 thyme sprig 70ml double cream or cooking cream If using cooking cream, use less stock Salt and black pepper to taste If dry, add 10-15ml vegetable stock 1/3 or 1/2 lemon squeeze A little sugar if needed Add 2cm unsalted butter 🥗Salad Any salad of your choice Baby spinach, cherry tomato, pea sprout, lettuce etc 🥗Dressing Salt, black pepper, Apple cider vinegar, a little sugar and extra virgin olive oil #asiancooking #delicious #homecooking #annawhatscooking #fyp #foryoupage #makan #masak #indonesianfood #masakdirumah #sedap #sedapbangat #tiktokmalaysia #spicy #sgfoodie #fish #healthyfood #salmon #malaysiatiktok #garlic #garlicconfit #garlicsauce
